Boil water, add salt, then add tortellini to boiling water. If frozen, let cook for about 3-5 minutes; if thawed, cook for about 2-3 minutes - tortellini will float to top when ready. Strain and enjoy!

Remove plastic top and replace with foil sheet. Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for about 1 & 1/2 hours if frozen, or about 1 hour if thawed. Please remove foil, bake for additional 10-15 minutes to let top of lasagna crisp up. Remove from oven and enjoy!

Eggplant Stuffed w Ricotta Cheese

Quiche
Thaw in fridge overnight - do not bake frozen. Remove plastic wrap, and replace with foil sheet. Bake in oven at 350 degress F for about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and enjoy!
Sfoliatelle
Keep pastries frozen. Place frozen pastries on baking sheet at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes. Remove pastries from oven and top with powdered sugar.
